Eligibility Criteria for NTHU Taiwan

• Applicants must be international students from any country other than Taiwan.
• Applicants must be healthy both physically and mentally.
• Applicants cannot be recipients of other scholarships at the same time.
• Applicants must fill out the application form correctly, honestly, and completely, and submit application materials as required by the university.
• Applicants with a high school degree are eligible to apply for bachelor’s degree programs.
• Applicants with a college or bachelor’s degree are eligible to apply for master’s programs.
• Applicants with a master’s degree are eligible to apply for Ph.D./PhD programs.

National Tsing Hua University offers a number of scholarships for all international students:

NTHU International Student Scholarship

• Doctoral students: NTD 20,000~40,000 per month.

• Master students: 5,000 NTD per month either
  NTD 60,000 per year
• Undergraduate students: NTD 5,000 per month or NTD
  60,000 per year
• Tuition and credit fee waiver
